Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer scour the Sussex coast for two sets of house-hunters at opposite ends of their property journey. Kirstie’s with retired painters and decorators Amanda and Annette, who want a spacious bungalow in a serene setting to suit their futureproofing needs. Meanwhile, Phil helps first-time buyers Danit and Rafi, who are after a one-bed flat close to the buzz of Brighton and Hove. Although they both agree that being close to the area’s vibrant queer and Jewish communities is a top priority, Rafi wants Brighton and Danit prefers Hove.
