Emmy and Max are eager to help out the dragons in creating sand castles for Turtle Dragons, who will then lay their eggs in them. It’s something that happens every year, but this year, a high-tide washes the castles away. Everyone must think of a creative way to get the Turtle Dragons to come back before they miss their opportunity to lay their eggs.

Max, Emmy and the dragons have a fun time painting with Zak and Wheezies’ finger-paint, but it turns out it wasn’t finger-paint after all. It’s “”permanent paint”” and it’s turned them all completely different colors. Now they must work together to follow exact instructions to get it off.
