This trip Guy’s headin’ back to familiar joints still firin’ up classic tastes. First up, a Boulder pizza spot crankin’ out a Spicy Pig pie with homemade sausage and roasted jalapeños. Then in Mesa, a family-run shop servin’ new empanadas including a spin on picadillo tico. And in Memphis, a classic dive carrying on a family tradition: their secret sweet and spicy ‘cue including Cornish hens and thick-cut bologna sandos.
